We want you to be completely satisfied with your Southern Tide purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and personalized apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
